摘    要:基于CDIO工程教育理念的翻转课堂教学模式的基本思想是将教学内容项目化,按CDIO理念组织教学过程,按翻转课堂方式进行教学活动,从而将符合CDIO理念的学习资源和符合翻转课堂的教学活动进行创新性融合,是利用现代教育技术与建构主义学习理论对课堂教学进行的改革。通过对基于CDIO工程教育理念的翻转课堂教学模式探索研究,旨在解决学历教育与首次任职岗位融合培养模式下存在的专业素质与能力提升间的问题,突出学员自主学习、主动学习、协作学习和创新实践能力,在增强学员的专业素养的同时,提升首次任职能力。

Abstract:It is to use modern education technology and constructivism learning theory to carry out classroom teaching Teaching reform.Through the exploration and Research on the flipped classroom teaching mode based on CDIO Engineering Education Concept,the purpose is to solve the problem of professional quality and ability improvement under the integration training mode of academic education and the first post,highlight the students’ independent learning,active learning,collaborative learning and innovative practice ability,enhance the students’ professional quality and first post ability at the same time.
