摘    要:本文以基础化学实验内容及教学模式改革为例论述了南开大学化学拔尖人才创新能力的培养。从改进基本操作实验、增加综合性实验、开设研究型实验3个方面进行基础化学实验内容改革,并将“讲一练二考三”和“探究式”理念用于教学实践,进行教学模式改革。实践表明教学内容和模式改革能够激发拔尖学生的学习兴趣,培养良好的科学素养和创新能力。

Abstract:The reform on teaching content and mode of the fundamental chemistry experiment courses are taken as examples to discuss the plan for cultivating top-notch students of chemistry in Nankai University.The teaching contents were reformed by improving the basic experiments,strengthening the comprehensive experiments and developing new experiment programs,while new teaching modes including"teaching one,practicing two and testing three"and"inquiry-based teaching"were implemented in the fundamental chemistry experiment courses.The teaching practices demonstrate that the reform can greatly stimulate the top-notch students’learning interests and improve their scientific literacy and innovative ability.
