| 摘 要： | 课程是人才培养工程的基石或基本单元,课程建设在提高人才培养质量方面起着非常重要的作用。文章通过对课程建设的内容、责任人、实际运行状况、不同类型课程的建设、不同类型学校课程建设的比较等进行论述,提出课程建设的重点应放在提高课堂教学质量和教学效果上,对课程建设的评价应以课堂教学质量和教学效果为核心考核指标,要以学生受益程度来评价教师的教学水平和教学质量。
