新办高职院校图书馆人才队伍建设的有效途径

图书馆是高职院校的文献收藏和信息服务中心，是学校教学科研的重要组成部分，人才队伍建设问题已成为制约新办高职院校图书馆专业化建设和发展中的突出矛盾。我院作为新办高职院校，对于如何转变图书馆的传统观念和陈旧模式，适应新的历史时期高校图书馆人才队伍建设发展的需要，在观念制度、人才引进、使用与培养、文化阵地、软环境建设等方面提出了相应的对策。

On the Effective Approach of Librarian Talents Construction in Newly-established Higher Vocational Colleges

As service centers for reference documents and information, libraries are key components of teaching and research system within in higher vocational colleges. Construction of librarian talents has become an outstanding obstacle for specialization and development of the libraries in newly-established higher vocational colleges. Being one of such colleges, in order to change traditional and dated ideas and patterns and to adapt to demands of talents construction in the new historical period, our college puts forward corresponding measures on ideas, systems, talents introduction, application and cultivation, culture front and construction of soft environment.
