中共十六大以来中国社会结构的变迁与成就

中共十六大以来,随着改革开放深化时期社会结构中历史性问题和现实矛盾的不断凸显,党和国家有针对性地制定和执行了一系列政策措施,在遵循维护社会主义基本政治格局和社会结构框架的前提下,建立起适应新形势、新变化并能有效缓解发展期社会矛盾的机制体制,取得了包括社会阶级阶层结构领域内的积极变迁,人口、城乡、区域发展结构领域内的积极变迁,以及处理经济社会协调发展领域内的巨大成就,推动了朝向更加合理方向的积极稳妥的社会结构变迁,从而也为保证整个中国特色社会主义政治发展事业始终得到稳定和谐、充满活力的社会结构的支持创造了必要的条件。

Transformation and Achievements of Chinese Social Structure since the 16th National Congress of the CPC

Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC,along with the worsening problems of historical issues and realistic contradictions in social structure,the Party and the government,according to the current politics and social structure framework,has established and implemented a series of pertinent policies,such as a new mechanism that can adapt to the new situations and new changes and effectively resolve social contradictions in development.Therefore,great achievements have been made through positive changes in social stratification,population,rural and urban,and regional development and economic social coordinated development,and pushed forward the development of the social structure in a more reasonable,active and steady way,so as to provide a necessary condition for the harmonious development and dynamic social structure of the socialist political cause with Chinese characteristics.
