| 摘 要： | 马克思科学社会主义理论提出了社会主义建立和发展的两个基本条件:一是高度发达的生产力基础,二是公有制、计划经济体制的国家形态.在现实中,社会主义首先在经济文化落后的国家取得胜利,突破了科社的第一个基本条件.根据生产关系一定要适合生产力发展的规律,改变所有制结构和计划经济体制,突破科社的第二个条件,已成为社会主义发展的历史必然.

| Abstract: | The Socialist Theory proposes two basic hypotheses about socialist foundation and development:one is highly developed productivity, the other is common ownership and planned economy system. In reality, socialism has succeeded in economically and culturally backward countries, breaking through the first hypothesis .According to the principle that productive relations must adapt to productivity level, altering the construction of ownership and planned economy system, breaking through the second hypothesis has become historically necessary for social development. |
