| 摘 要： | 大学创业文化作为大学文化的一部分,在结构上包含创业精神文化、创业物质文化、创业制度文化和创业行为文化,除了拥有与社会创业文化的同样的内涵以外,更是培养大学生树立正确人生观、世界观的文化,是注重创业教育、重视创业实践、培养提高创业倾向的文化,是树立信心、对失败更加宽容的文化。文章就大学如何构建创业文化提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurial culture of university is a part of campus culture.It is composed of four enterprise cultures： spirit culture,material culture,system culture,and behavior culture.In addition to the same meaning as in social enterprise culture,entrepreneurial culture of university has several other implications.It is a culture aims to help students acquire correct views on life and value.It is a culture emphases on entrepreneurial education and practice,and increases the tendency to start an enterprise.It is also a culture knows how to build up more confidence and give more tolerance to failure.This paper provided corresponding measures on the construction of an entrepreneurial culture. |
