| 摘 要： | 人力资本开发是内蒙古经济增长的关键。要加快内蒙古人力资本的开发必须在分析研究现存问题的基础上,采取如下有力措施:提高人力资本投资水平,提高投资效率;拓展人力资本投资渠道;进行人力资本制度创新,以实现内蒙古经济的快速增长。

| Abstract: | The development of human capital is the key to economic growth of Inner Mongolia. The following effective measures must be taken to quicken the development of human capital of Inner Monglia on the basis of analysing the existing problems: highten the investment level of human capital and enhance the investment efficiency; broaden the investment channel of human capital; bring forth new ideas in the system of human capital so as to realize the speedy economic growth of Inner Mongolia. |
