| 摘 要： | 本文用免疫组织化学和显微图像分析,分别对胃癌及对照组肉眼下非病变区胃窦粘肿幽门腺生长抑素样免疫反应细胞(D细胞)进行了研究。结果表明:胃癌和对照组D细胞主要分布在胃窦粘膜中下部,胃癌 D细胞减少,其数密度与对照组相比有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。胃癌组形状因子增大,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。本文为探讨胃癌时胃窦粘膜非病变区幽门腺D细胞的内分泌调节提供了形态学信(?)。

| Abstract: | By the method of immunohis tochemistry and the micro-- graphic assag, the Studies were made on Somatostatin liRe immunoreac- tivity cells (D cells) of pyloric gland of human antrum mucosa existing in macroscopic unatlected part of gastric cancer group and the contro (group respectively. The result showed that D cells mainly distributeod in the lower middly part of antrum mucosa in the gastric cancer group and those in the Control group, the number of D cells in gastric Cancer group reduced. Its numberieal denslty wag highly significant from those of the control group (P<0. 01). The shape index of the gastric cancer group increasecl and also had significant diflerent from theft of the control group (P<0. O5). The paper might provide morphologic basis for exploring endocrinic regdlation of D cells in pyioric gland gland of antrum mucosus unaffected part during gastria Cancer |
