| 摘 要： | 教师专业化是国际教师职业发展的必然趋势，职前培养专业化教师是教师专业化的重要环节。建立开放、多样化的目标培养模式，实现职前职后培养一体化；调整专业设置，优化课程结构，完善实习制度并建立健全教师教育质量保障体系，是我国目前高等师范院校教师职前培养应采取的基本对策。
