乡村振兴战略视域下的乡村文化建设

乡村文化是乡村振兴的灵魂所在,实施乡村振兴战略的前提是重视乡村文化建设。在改革开放40多年的历程中,农村发生了翻天覆地的变化,乡村文化一直发挥着十分重要的作用。当前,我国部分乡村村民传统道德观念弱化,乡村文化设施不足,乡村文化建设人才流失。在乡村振兴战略背景下,必须正视乡村文化建设,探索乡村文化助推乡村振兴战略的措施,建立文化自信,增加乡村文化建设的资金投入,完善人才回流机制,从而更好地实现乡村的复兴和发展。

Construction of rural culture and the strategy of rural revitalization

Rural culture is a kernel of rural revitalization,and its primary task is cultural construction.Over the past 40 years,China has seen great changes in rural cultural construction.Yet,a dilemma is still observed in Chinese country of weakening traditional moral concepts,lacking of cultural facilities and subjects.The strategy of rural rejuvenation,therefore,gives rise to the construction of rural culture.Furthermore,this paper puts forward such specific measures as strengthening moral education,increasing investment,promoting self autonomy of villagers and improving mechanisms or platforms for rejuvenation of the countryside.
