| 摘 要： | 博士生导师队伍是高等学校研究生培养质量优劣的重要影响因素，研究博士生导师的现状，对提升研究生培养质量具有重要意义。基于此，主要从师生比、学历、年龄、学缘结构等四个方面对我国普通高等学校博士生导师发展的现状进行了相关分析，并在结合创新型国家建设的基础上，提出了加强博士生导师队伍建设的具体策略。
