| 摘 要： | 儒家“五常”，指“仁”、“叉”、“礼”、“智”、“信”五种道德范畴。儒家“五常”思想对构建现代社会和谐的人际关系具有重要现实意义，仁是构建和谐人际关系的情感基础，义是构建和谐人际关系的价值准则，礼是构建和谐人际关系的行为模式，智是构建和谐人际关系的理性原则，信是构建和谐人际关系的精神纽带。
