| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠是近年来西方组织行为学与人力资源管理领域中的研究热点.在简要回顾职业倦怠概念的基础上,系统阐述近年来有关职业倦怠形成的机制理论,全面梳理现阶段职业倦怠的实证测量及干预研究,深入分析了目前职业倦怠研究的难点和热点问题,并对职业倦怠的未来发展态势进行了展望.

| Abstract: | Job burnout has recently been the focus of western organizational behavioral science and human resource management.This essay,based on a review of the definition of job burnout,systematically elaborates the mechanism theories on job burnout,and figures out the current empirical measurement and intervention study of job burnout.It also analyzes the present headaches and hot issues in relevant studies,and defines a prospect on the development of job burnout research. |
