| 摘 要： | 近年来,上海市积极探索产学研结合的研究生培养模式,努力推进研究生培养模式与机制的改革,上海交大与宝钢在联合培养研究生方面也做了些有益的探索。笔者基于人力资本理论,分析“交大-宝钢”研究生培养模式的特征与机制,得出了几点启示。
