| Abstract: | The paper examines the relevant institutional commitment for teaching faculty building sequentially in the context of present situation of teaching faculty nurturing center in higher vocational colleges.With these analyses,the paper puts forward suggestion on relevant institutions which may work as a base for the further researches and establishment of relevant regulations and policies. |
