| 摘 要： | 1997年6月,《日本银行法》修订版面世,其最关键的内容,是从法律的角度明确了日本银行的央行独立性地位。文章通过对日本中央银行的独立性进行分析和讨论,以期对我国目前正在进行的中央银行体制改革有所启示。
