浅谈高校教师教学效果评估

摘    要:教学质量是学校的生命,关系着学校的生存和教育的发展.目前从国家到各高校都十分重视教学质量的评估和考核,如何根据高校的特点对高校教师的教学效果进行科学、合理、准确地评估是非常值得探讨的问题.本文通过对高校现行评估模式存在的问题的研究,并结合柯克帕特里克的培训效果评估模型的理论,探讨高校的教学效果评估设计的新思路和新方法.
