| 摘 要： | 旧史称杜牧“刚直有奇节”，今之论者亦谓其“刚直耿介”，在牛李党争中“不屑逢迎权贵”，“不肯稍事敷衍”。本文以史实为镜照之杜牧，认识其在牛李党争中的依违变化，并追寻出其合于自己、有利于自己、能寄予希望者则趋之，否则则舍之的趋舍标准，以提供对其知人论世的另一个侧面。

| Abstract: | In the ancient times, Du Mu is described as upright, and he is commented so today. In the struggle between the Niu -Li factions, he yielded to no power. The writing, based on truth, explores his take -and -give -up criteria adopted in the struggle, that is, take what is favorable to him and give up what is not. |
