The Game between Mexican Privatization Reform and its Foreign Loan

The Foreign loan universally plays an important role in the process of the economic development of the devel- oping countries, especially in Latin America. Mexico walks in front on the privatization reform path in Latin American. Mexi- co＇s privatization reform movement occurs after the Latin American debt crisis and against the current background of the priva- tization reform movement as a tide in Latin America, and hence, the movement becomes a key part in the Mexican economic reform. The foreign loan is holding up the Mexican economic development as a stumbling obstacle, so the role of the privatiza- tion reform, as an ＂effective medicinal treatment＂ prescribed by creditor nations for debtor nations, is worth in restoring the economics of Mexico.
