| 摘 要： | 党的十五大明确提出了依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的方略。目前，我国已初步形成了有中国特色的社会主义法律体系，但与建设法治国家的要求仍有很大的差距。从阐述法治国家的真正含义和基本原则出发，正视我国法治建设现状，说明我国实现依法治国的方略是任重而道远的，并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | There's a general plan in our party's 15th conference to promote the rule of law to construct the Chinese socialism.Now, our country has formed a characteristic legal system. But there's a long distance to the goal of promoting the rule of law.This article explains from the true meaning of the rule of law and it's basic principles, faces the current situation of the rule of law, explains the difficulties to construct the rule of law, then give some measures to solve it. |
