| Abstract: | Analyzed the meaning of the "rule of law" since ancient times. It is a long arduous process to construct the law governing institutions. It is also the process of building the rule of law, is the establishment of a sound legal system, and foster public faith in the law, bringing justice and the rule of law and administrative elements of a national process. |
