反倾销的经济学分析

倾销的经济学定义是同一商品在不同国家市场上的价格歧视，其法律定义则指出口价格低于其正常价值，并由此给进口国产业造成损害的行为。为了抵制倾销，许多国家制定并实施了反倾销法，通过反倾销措施来抵消外来倾销产品对本国产业所造成的损害。为了制止损害而采取反倾销措施，应该说是合理的。但是，如果反倾销超过了其合理范围和程度，就会成为一种贸易保护主义手段，影响国际贸易的正常发展。

Economic Analysis of Anti-dumping

Legally speaking, however, it refers to those activities in which the export price of the commodity is lower than its normal price and which have been damaging the certain industry of the import countryTo boycott dumping , many countries have worked out and implementied the antidumping acts to counteract the damage from the dumped commodities on the native products. It is reasonable and acceptable to implement the anti-dumping measures to prevent the damage. However, it will affect the normal development of international trade, of the action if anti-dumping exceeds its reasonable scale and level.
