地方一般本科院校图书馆学术论文影响力分析——以江苏省3所学院图书馆为例

图书馆的学术论文评价,不仅要统计发文量、专业期刊和专业核心期刊刊登量,还要注重学术论文的影响力。文章利用CNKI的＂学术文献总库＂和＂引文数据库＂,对淮阴师范学院图书馆、盐城师范学院图书馆和南京晓庄学院图书馆2005年至2009年的学术论文进行统计分析,为学校和图书馆领导提供专业人员队伍建设方面的借鉴参考。

The evaluation of the influential power of academic papers by the librarians in the local university libraries

To evaluate academic essays,we should not only takes the numbers of the essays published by core or non-core professional journals,but also the influential power of the essays.By utilizing CNKI Bibliographical Database and CNKI Citation Database,this paper makes an statistical analysis of the academic essays written by the librarians of Huaiyin Teachers University,Yancheng Teachers University and Nanjing Xiaozhuang University from 2005 to 2009 so as to provide professional reference for school leaders and library curators to the construction of professional human resources.
