| 摘 要： | 计算机技术、通信技术和网络的出现给档案信息服务工作带来深刻影响。传统档案信息服务已不能满足公众档案信息需求。网络环境下,信息开放存取(OA)对档案工作有重要借鉴意义和影响,鉴于此,文章认为档案信息OA应成为档案部门拓展档案信息资源开发利用新路径,在具体分析档案信息OA的优势、弱势、机会和威胁后,提出了几种优势互补、扬长避短的组合策略。

| Abstract: | Computer, communication and network have brought profound influence on the archival information service. The traditional archival information service has already couldn’t satisfy the public’s information needs. Information open access (OA) for archives work is important and influent under the network environment. Consequently, the archival information OA should be the new way of expanding the archival information resources. Based on the analysis of OA archival information strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the author puts forward several combination strategies. |
