数字经济时代企业档案工作一体化研究

企业档案部门的设置层级与业务范围是决定其履职能力和档案工作融入主业程度的重要影响因素。数字经济时代下高质量发展目标、内外部监管要求、新技术升级等都对企业档案工作形成挑战。本文在借鉴企业一体化管理战略基础上,提出企业档案工作一体化概念,梳理了其主要类别及适用场景,剖析了对流程、人员、系统、设施设备进行一体化的具体实现路径,最后对企业实行档案工作一体化可行性进行了研究,对可能面临的主要挑战进行了分析并提出对策建议。

Research on the Integration of Enterprise Archives Work in Digital Economy Era

The setting level and business content of enterprise archives departments are important factors that determine their ability to perform their duties and the degree of integration into their main business. In the era of digital economy, requirements of high-quality development,internal and external supervision and new technology upgrading have brought challenges to enterprise archives work. Based on the integrated management strategy of enterprises, this paper proposes the concept, the main categories and applicable scenarios of the integration of enterprise archives work, analyzes the specific implementation path of the integration from process, personnel, system, facilities and equipment, and finally studies the main challenges that enterprises may face in implementing the integration of archives work, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
