我国教育现代化空间网络结构及影响因素——基于31省(市、自治区)数据

摘    要:基于社会网络分析法对我国教育现代化空间网络结构及其影响因素进行了实证分析,笔者认为,我国教育现代化空间网络结构通达性整体较好,且具有一定的等级性与稳定性,各省域间存在普遍的教育要素溢出效应,但不同省域在教育现代化空间网络中存在空间异质性。上海、江苏、北京、浙江属于双向溢出板块;广东、福建和重庆属于净溢出板块;少数东部和中部省(市、自治区)属于“经纪人”板块;西部多省(市、自治区)属于净受益板块。从教育现代化空间网络结构影响因素来看,就业人口大学专科及以上学历占比与人均GDP两大因素对我国教育现代化空间网络结构的影响较大。面向我国教育现代化2035,应通过优化教育战略布局、加强教育要素流动、促进人力资本开发、创新协同发展机制等路径推进我国教育现代化发展,进而为我国从教育大国向教育强国发展提供理论与实践指导。

Abstract:his paper conducted a social network analysis of the spatial network structure and its influencing factors in China’s educational modernization. It showed that the spatial network structure accessibility of China’s modernization of education performs well as a whole, with the characteristic of hierarchies and stability. It also found that a general spillover effect of educational factors exist among provinces while spatial heterogeneity standing in the spatial network of educational modernization in different provinces. Shanghai, Jiangsu, Beijing and Zhejiang, for instance, belong to the bidirectional overflow plate while Guangdong, Fujian and Chongqing to the net overflow plate; a few eastern and central provinces are in the “broker” sector while most western provinces and autonomous regions to the net profitable plate. The influencing factors of the spatial network structure of educational modernization mainly lie in the proportion of the employees with quasi-college degrees or above, and the per capita GDP in China. The authors, thus, proposed that the realization of China’s educational modernization in 2035 needs to optimize the strategical distribution of education, strengthen the flow of educational factors, promote the development of human capitals, and innovate the mechanism of coordinated development, to further provide theoretical and practical guidance for China’s advance from a large-scale country to a strong power in education.
