场域视角下终身学习体系的协同治理研究

摘    要:以学习者为中心,构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系,当前还面临着协同不够、壁垒众多等问题。根据场域理论,终身学习场域由权力场、学习者场、教育场、经济场等多元子场域构成。我国的终身学习场域,经历了从“众星捧月”的单极自主模式,到“珠联璧合”的多元合作模式,再到“群星璀璨”的生态协同模式的变迁。推进终身学习体系的协同治理,需要理清复杂关系下的逻辑关系和制约因素,统筹协调,构建生态协同的场域关系构型;激活动力,优化资本转译的场域利益机制;交互耦合,推进教育资源的场域资本增值;监督评估,强化良性发展的场域结构规则;拓展平台,增益多元主体的场域协同空间。

Abstract:The construction of a learners-centered public lifelong learning system needs to overcome the hurdles of coordination to better serve the whole society for lifelong education. This study focuses on the exploration of the issues from the perspective of the field theory that assumes lifelong learning fields involving power field, learner field, education field and economic field. It believes that the fields of lifelong learning in China has evolved from the uni-polar autonomous mode of stars dotted around the moon to the multiple cooperative mode of pearls decorated with the jade, and then to the ecological coordinated mode of stars shining together with the moon. To promote the collaborative governance of lifelong learning system, we need to clarify the complex logical relations and constraints, coordinate the field relationships configuration of ecological fields, optimize the field interest mechanisms of capital translation, promote the field capital appreciation of education resources for interactive benefits, strengthen the field structural rules of sound development for supervision and evaluation, and expand the platform to increase the field coordination space of multiple interest subjects.
