| 摘 要： | 沉管扩底桩具有承载力高、质量稳定、造价低、工效高、适用范围广等特点,是取代其它灌注桩的理想桩型。本文通过工程实例介绍其施工工艺及质量控制措施,对应用中有关问题进行了探讨和总结。

| Abstract: | The building base piles introduced in this article boast the following advantages: high bearing capacity, stable quality, low price, high effect and wide range of availability, so they are ideal piles that can be used to substitute others. Providing information on its construction technology and its quality - control measures through concrete construction examples, this article studies and summaries the issues involved in the piles' application. |
