| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、ASMI四步分析等研究方法,对区块链技术应用于我国体育赛事网络版权保护进行探究。研究发现,体育赛事网络版权保护困境主要表现为体育赛事网络盗播侵权行为泛滥、体育赛事网络侵权维权艰难以及社会各界网络版权保护意识薄弱。将区块链技术特点和体育赛事网络版权保护痛点相匹配,进一步探析区块链技术应用于我国体育赛事网络版权保护的可行性。研究认为,区块链的技术运用于体育赛事网络版权保护具有明显的技术优势,去信任机制,维护体育赛事网络版权交易安全;分布式账本技术,打击体育赛事网络版权侵权盗版;全程追踪溯源,解决体育赛事网络版权侵权举证难题;智能合约自动执行,培养社会各界版权保护意识。基于此,提出区块链技术适用于体育赛事网络版权保护的思考与建议:完善区块链版权保护的法律法规、建立统一的区块链技术标准体系、加强区块链复合型人才培养。

| Abstract: | Adopting literature study and ASMI four-step analysis, the application of blockchain technology in online copyright protection of sports events in China was researched into. It was shown that the online copyright protection of sports events was faced with problems such as the proliferation of online piracy and infringement of sports events, the difficulty of protecting the rights of online infringement of sports events, and the weak awareness of online copyright protection in all sectors of society. The characteristics of blockchain technology were matched with the difficulties in online copyright protection of sports events so as to further explore the feasibility of applying the blockchain technology to online copyright protection of sports events in China. It was held that the application of blockchain technology into sports event network copyright protection had obvious technical advantages, for example, de-trust mechanism could maintain the security of sports event network copyright transactions; distributed ledger technology could prevent sports event network copyright infringement and piracy, trace the whole process to solve the problem of proof of online copyright infringement of sports events, smart contract automatic implementation could cultivate the awareness of copyright protection in all sectors of society. Countermeasures included improving the laws and regulations on blockchain copyright protection, establishing a unified blockchain technology standard system, strengthening the cultivation of blockchain composite talents, and promoting the sustainable development of blockchain technology in the field of copyright protection of sports events in China. |
