实践"三个代表"弘扬和培育民族精神

民族精神是一个民族、一个国家兴旺发达的精神力量,是维系本民族和国家生存发展的精神支撑。民族精神具有历史性、包容性、传承性、独创性、能动性。结合高校实际,当前弘扬和培育民族精神要做到“六个结合”：坚持弘扬民族精神与时代精神相结合、与学科教育相结合、与社会实践活动相结合、与家庭社会教育相结合、与校园文化建设相结合、与加强党的建设相结合。     

谈大学民族传统文化教育的误区与对策

当前大学生民族传统文化教育存在着“说起采重要,做起来次要甚至不要”“重知识积累与技巧的培养而轻精神和理念的培养”的误区。进一步加强大学生民族传统丈化教育,应该做到“两个结合”：把学习“四书五经”与学习“五四”新丈化和一些西方丈化经典相结合;把大学生的“读经”活动与潜隐性、持续性、基础性的民族传统文化教育教学工作相结合。

大学生民族精神培育的关键在教育——大学生民族精神培育的调查报告

课题组通过调查，了解到大学生民族精神状况基本良好，存在的问题也不容忽视，大学生民族精神的教育亟待加强。培育大学生民族精神的关键在教育，学校要构建合理的目标体系，把民族精神的教育贯穿到各种内容体系中，注重人文素质的培养，以校园文化为载体，加强实践环节，引导大学生塑造民族精神。在教育过程中，注意传统教育与现代教育相结合，课堂教育与自我教育相结合，民族文化教育与外来文化教育相结合，培育富有时代感的新型民族精神。     

生命智慧：培育民族精神的一个“新视景”

党的十六大提出“把弘扬和培育民族精神作为文化建设极为重要的任务，纳入国民教育全过程”。教育部召开的全国中小学德育工作会议提出在中小学大力开展弘扬和培育民族精神的教育。从一定意义上讲，弘扬和培育民族精神是一个民族教育的永恒主题，而它的生命活力却在于其历史性与时代性相结合的创新上。因此，在当代多元文化背景下，探索弘扬和培育民族精神创新的生长点，应该是中小学开展弘扬和培育民族精神教育的一个关键所在。     

弘扬和培育民族精神：高等教育的重要任务

弘扬和培育民族精神是文化建设重要的任务，高校必须从培养高层次人才的高度出发，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，从新的时代的要求和新的实际出发，注重大学精神家园的建设，培育民族精神和高尚品格，把弘扬和培育民族精神贯穿教育教学全过程。     

二期课改与民族精神教育

在上海市科教党委和市教委发布的《关于进一步加强和改进中小学生思想道德建设的实施意见》中，第十二条提到了“切实抓好课堂教学和课程改革与建设”，提出：把弘扬和培育民族精神作为思想道德建设极为重要的内容，纳入中小学教育教学的全过程；把爱国主义教育、革命传统教育、中华传统美德教育和民主法制教育作为学科教学中的应有之义，“进课堂、进教材、进学生头脑”。《上海市学生民族精神教育指导纲要(征求意见稿)》(以下简称《纲要》)也提出要将民族精神教育与“二期课改”紧密结合，使之作为课程建设、教材建设、教学实施、考核评价的重要内容。     

加强少年儿童传统美德教育的九个结合

中华传统美德具有生生不息、历久弥新的品质,是永不枯竭的道德教育源泉。继承中华美德,培养民族精神,是加强公民道德建设的一项极为重要的内容。少年儿童是中华传统美德的继承者,又是体现时代进步要求的新道德规范的实践者,他们的思想道德状况,直接关系到全面建设小康社会的目标是否能够顺利实现。因此,作为少年儿童工作者——少先队辅导员必须以“三个代表”的重要思想为指导,全面贯彻落实党的十六大精神,把弘扬和培育伟大的民族精神作为自己的重要任务,以爱国主义教育为核心,以古今优秀人物为榜样,以课堂教育为主体,以校内外各项活动为辅助,建立家庭、学校、社会三位一体的教育网络。对少先队员进行传统美德教育,具体来说,应做到如下九个结合。一、中华传统美德教育与学校课堂教学相结合课堂教学是学校进行中华传统美德教育、弘扬民族精神的主渠道,辅导员要自觉结合学校德育课程的改革,充实和强化传统美德和民族精神教育内容,把这些教育内容与课程教学相结合、由浅入深,
