It points out that the comparability between genetics and information science is the basis of putting forward the concept of information DNA. Through a discussion on the application of some laws of genetics in information science research, this article demomtrates the rationality of putting forward the concept of information DNA.

社会化媒体环境下消费者持续信息共享意愿影响因素实证研究——基于信息搜寻和信息分享的同步视角

【目的/意义】社会化媒体是消费者信息共享的重要平台,探讨影响消费者持续信息共享的因素有助于社会化媒体管理者制定出更符合消费需求的针对性策略。【方法/过程】将信息共享意愿划分为信息搜寻意愿和信息分享意愿两个方面,同时从两个维度系统探索社会化媒体环境下消费者持续信息共享意愿的影响因素及作用机理。采用网络调查方法收集309份有效问卷,运用偏最小二乘法对研究模型和假设进行验证。【结果/结论】感知有用性对信息搜寻满意度、自我效能对信息分享满意度有正向影响,感知易用性对信息搜寻满意度和信息分享满意度有正向影响;信息搜寻满意度正向影响持续搜寻意愿,信息分享满意度正向影响持续分享意愿;挣面子倾向对持续信息搜寻和信息分享意愿有正向影响,而护面子倾向的影响正好相反。此外,持续信息搜寻意愿正向影响消费者持续信息分享意愿。

综合性问答网站用户信息采纳意愿影响因素实证研究——基于信息性社会影响和规范性社会影响的视角

文章从信息性社会影响和规范性社会影响视角,构建综合性问答网站用户信息采纳意愿的影响因素研究模型,并通过问卷调查和结构方程建模方法进行实证分析。结果表明：信息可信度和信息有用性对用户信息采纳意愿具有直接显著的正向影响,且信息可信度的作用更强。从信息性社会影响视角,发现信息质量和信源可信度是影响用户感知信息可信度和信息有用性的关键因素;从规范性社会影响视角,发现信息一致性对信息可信度产生显著的正向影响,信息评级正向显著影响信息有用性,而对信息可信度的影响不显著。     

从信息到知识:信息需求理论研究

以泰勒的四层次信息需求模型为核心,研究基于知识而不是基于信息的信息需求理论,探索信息检索系统设计的信息需求。从信息需求的8个相关概念着手,提出6个命题假设,将信息检索与知识形成连接在一起,指出信息需求由4个层次构成;信息检索过程中用户信息需求不发生变化,而是用户选择调查的主题碎片发生演变和转变;信息检索中信息需求演变过程是知识形成过程。
