针对实验教学示范中心建设过程中存在的示范中心和社会组织如何交互服务、促进双方协同发展这一问题,四川师范大学安全工程实验教学(示范)中心在长期开展示范中心建设、实验教学实践的基础上,为提高人才培养质量这一核心目标,探索了示范中心和社会组织双向交互服务协同发展的新途径,解决了服务途径单向和单一的问题,构建了双向交互服务的新平台,解决了实验资源、实验教学等人才培养方面与工程实践脱节的问题。  相似文献

基于安徽财经大学中国城乡发展公共政策研究所关于政府购买服务的调查数据,本文采用Logit模型实证分析社会组织成员平均受教育年限等因素对承接政府购买服务的影响.结果显示,社会组织成员平均受教育年限越高,承接政府购买服务的可能性越大.因此,为了促进社会组织承接政府购买服务的发展,政府应优化社会组织成员教育程度.  相似文献

An experimental evaluation of in-home child abuse prevention services   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Perinatal child abuse prevention projects are rarely rigorously evaluated. Women were referred to the Child Parent Enrichment Project (CPEP) project during or just after pregnancy if identified as at-risk of engaging in child abuse by community professionals. Clients were randomly assigned to CPEP services (n = 97) or traditional community services (n = 94). CPEP services are based on ecological theory and involve six months of home visiting by paraprofessional women and linkage to other formal and informal community resources. No advantages on self-report measures for the CPEP group were measured at posttest, and follow-up reports of child abuse were similar for both groups. Consumer satisfaction indicates that clients highly valued the program. Some indication of greater success with families with less serious problems was observed. The results argue for caution regarding the capacities of perinatal child abuse prevention services to serve the high-risk clientele they often receive.  相似文献

This article discusses the academic computing movement during the 1980s. We focus on the Faculty Workstations Project at Brown University, where major computing initiatives were undertaken during the 1980s. Six departments are compared: chemistry, cognitive and linguistic sciences, geology, music, neural science, and sociology. A widespread latent demand for educational provision for under 3s exists in Italy. This demand emerges from different material and psychological needs of families. In the last twenty years a large network of day care centers for infants and toddlers, asilo nido, have been installed by local governments in many regions of Central and Northern Italy. These facilities provide daily child care within an educationally oriented context. More recently, new types of facilities have been set up. They stem from the public asilo nido in both cultural and organizational terms and are integrated, together with all the other services, into a local network of educational facilities for young children and their families. The new facilities are aimed at quantitatively expanding the supply of educational provision and at broadening the range of choice for families with respect to their different needs. This paper provides an overview of the new facilities.  相似文献

The purpose of the present study was to determine the role of school social workers and the services they deliver in schools for the Deaf. A 15-item survey was sent to 101 schools for the Deaf in the United States. The survey consisted of questions relating to personal characteristics, work experience, and job responsibilities of school social workers. A 72% response rate was obtained. Results suggest that, in general, social workers in schools for the Deaf perform functions similar to those of other social workers. However, social workers in schools for the Deaf tend to handle more health and financial concerns of students and their families. Social workers in schools for the Deaf lag behind other school social workers in professional training. Approximately a quarter of the surveyed social workers were deaf or hard of hearing.  相似文献

社会服务是大学的三大基本功能之一,参与社会服务是师范院校应对外部挑战和自身生存发展的需要。当前,师范院校在社会服务功能定位方面存在两种偏向:有的学校无视社会功能,有的学校却盲目地参与社会服务。这两种做法都不利于师范院校的社会服务职能的正常发挥。正确的做法是,依据不同类型师范院校自身的条件,准确定位社会服务的范围和内容,积极开展形式多样的社会服务活动,促进师范院校特色的发展。  相似文献

This paper contains an analysis of services for young children set within the social and economic context of a less developed country, namely South Africa. It deals first with the present status of provision, and illustrates the level of ethnic bias prevailing; it then examines four mainstream models of more equitable provision, and highlights the formidable costs involved. The paper concludes that provision for young South African children will probably remain conservative in terms of impact, but illustrates the importance of developing economically realistic models.  相似文献

This case study of three university departments was designed to generate substantive theory about decision-making in academic departments. Using Homans' social systems theory as a framework, the theory postulates that the degree of parádigm development of a discipline affects the extent of interaction in the external and internal systems of its associated departments. The rate of interaction affects the crystallization of norm structures and consequently processes of influence and decision-making.  相似文献
