计算机散斑干涉法在位移测量中的应用 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
基于计算机散斑干涉法的原理进行平面内位移测量,采用亚像素法、附加矢量法和中心偏移法提高了精度,使该方法更具实用性,并以实验验证。结果表明,计算机散斑干涉法应用在位移测量中,误差相近于其它方法,然而具有远距测量、非接触、全场测量等独特的优点,再有对环境要求不高、成本较低、可编程等有利条件,使该方法有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

为提高DIC位移测量精度,提出基于张正友标定的DIC位移计算方法。采用张正友方法标定相机参数,在DIC方法基础上,使用视觉测量原理计算结构表面测点位移。基于Matlab平台编译独立可执行的DIC位移测量软件,进行平动台水平位移测量试验。以千分表测量数据为真值,比较基于张正友标定的DIC方法和传统DIC方法测得的位移误差。结果表明,基于张正友标定的DIC方法测得的位移精度较高,证明该方法的有效性,可将该方法用于DIC位移测量教学试验中。 相似文献

In this paper, white light digital image analysis in frequency domination area for measuring 3D displacement is put forward. The measuring system has the characteristics of wholefield, non-contact and omnibearing measurement. It is simple and the coherent light is not demanded. Gray images before and after deformation are recorded using two CCDs at two different shooting angles, then digitalized and analyzed by frequency domination correlation arithmetic. The 2D displacement obtained is used to formulate 3D displacement via mathematical transformation, The experimental plate is 40 mm in length, 30 mm in width and 10 mm in height. The definite displacement is given using a 3D precise adjusting frame. The 3D displacement is calculated and compared with the definite displacement. The error is 4%-11% and the availability of this method was certified. Using this method, the compression deformation of a thin-wall cylinder with 140 mm in height, 64 mm in inner diameter and 64,6 mm in external diameter, was also measured. This method is proper to measure dynamic deformation. 相似文献

The paper presents a new solution of inverse displacement analysis of the general six degree-of-freedom serial robot. The inverse displacement analysis of the general serial robot is transformed into a minimization problem and then the optimization method is adopted to solve the nonlinear least squares problem with the analytic form of new Jacobian matrix. In this way, joint variables of the general serial robot can be searched out quickly under the desired precision when positions of the three non-collinear end effector points are given. Compared with the general Newton iterative method, the proposed algorithm can search out the solution when the robot is at the singular configuration and the initial configuration used in the optimization method may also be the singular configuration. So the convergence domain is bigger than that of the general Newton iterative method. Another advantage of the proposed algorithm is that positions of the three non-collinear end effector points are usually much easier to be measured than the orientation of the end effector. The inverse displacement analysis of the general 6R (six-revolute-joint) serial robot is illustrated as an example and the simulation results verify the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. Because the three non-collinear points can be selected at random, the method can be applied to any other types of serial robots. 相似文献
