足球观众暴力行为诱因分析及对策研究

本文通过问卷调查，文献资料，逻辑分析等方法，分析了诱发足球观众暴力行为的原因。结果发现，诱发足球观众暴力行为的主要因素包括：社会因素；心理因素；管理因素以及其它因素。并在此分析的基础上针对性的提出消除和防止暴力行为的对策及意见。     

集群行为视域下足球球迷暴力行为心理模型的构建与验证

该研究通过问卷调查等方法,以集群行为理论为基础,运用集群行为整合模型分析足球球迷暴力行为发生的心理过程。结果表明：（1）对354名足球球迷的问卷调查结果显示,足球球迷具有鲜明的集体身份认同,球迷暴力行为是情绪与认知共同作用的结果,这一结论与van Zomeron与Thomas的观点一致;（2）由集体身份认同、愤怒情绪和暴力行为意愿形成的路径是足球球迷暴力行为心理过程的情绪通路,集体身份认同、集体效能和暴力行为意愿形成的路径是足球球迷暴力行为心理过程的认知通路,两条通路在足球球迷暴力行为心理过程中起到了重要作用;（3）对于足球球迷暴力行为的心理过程,集群行为的社会认同理论模型（SIMCA）和社会认同封存模型（EMSICA）都具有一定的解释性,但是SIMCA模型应该更加适合具有群内相吸、群外排斥特点的足球球迷群体的心理过程。

现代体育运动竞争激烈,在足球运动中球场上的暴力事件层出不穷,足球运动员在比赛中攻击和暴力行为也频频出现。本文通过对体育竞赛中攻击性行为和暴力行为的概念以及攻击理论的分析研究,归纳了足球运动员在比赛中攻击性行为和暴力行为产生的因素,以及对此现象的控制和预防措施,以期在足球比赛中运动员尽量避免不文明行为的发生,净化赛场风气。

国内外反球场观众暴力的立法

采用文献资料和访谈，探讨国内外反球场观众暴力立法的有关问题，结果表明：为了遏制球场观众的暴力行为，意大利、英国等国家纷纷出台相应的专门性法律，并在防范和控制足球观众暴力上取得了较好的效果；面对近年来我国球场上经常发生的球迷闹事事件，依法治理是根本，目前应该借鉴国外反球场观众暴力立法的经验．加快我国反球场观众暴力立法的进程。

中国足球暴力成因探析

在文献研究的基础上,对国际上超过110份比赛案例和录像资料及我国发生在2008-2012年的24起典型足球暴力事件的样本进行整理分析,并采访了业内多位专家,对我国足球暴力产生的原因进行详细探究,认为足球暴力主要源于足球比赛自身特点、足球暴力行为主体和社会环境等因素,遏制足球暴力也应从这些方面着手.     

论中国足球法治化建设——以意大利足球“电话门”事件为视点

运用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法对意大利足球"电话门"事件的调查和处理方式进行了分析.发现中国足球法治化建设可以从中得到许多借鉴,包括规则的完善、制度的健全、严密的监督和严厉的处罚等.最后通过对足球职业化改革以来法治建设历程的回顾,认为足球改革的很多方面还未纳入到法治管理的轨道.     

球场观众暴力突发事件应急管理的理论研究

目前我国关于球场观众暴力应急管理的研究还处于起步阶段。从事件特性、事件规模、组织化程度和表现形式多个角度,对球场暴力突发事件进行分级分类。在此基础上,结合能量释放理论和破窗理论对"能量失控"和"暴力升级"过程进行分析,以球场观众暴力突发事件应急管理静态系统为基础,从预防、准备、响应和恢复4个阶段开展动态应急管理工作。在处置球场观众暴力突发事件的过程中,运用"鱼钩—长矛"理论针对不同类型的突发事件进行应对,同时结合应急预案进行有效的应急处置。最后,面对当前我国严峻的赛场安全形势,有必要从"零容忍"策略和"情报主导"策略两方面进行创新,从而更加有效地预防球场观众暴力突发事件的发生。     

职业足球联赛球场暴力的成因及对策

中外男子足球职业联赛球场暴力行为有逐年上升趋势；球场暴力从表面上看与裁判的判罚有直接关系，但实际是多种综合因素导致；遏制足球球场暴力，关键要做好对广大球迷的教育与疏导工作，同时要加强完善职业足球裁判员管理制度，减少误判、错判发生的机率，发挥媒体正面宣传作用；警方应进一步加强球场的安全保卫工作，借鉴世界足球先进国家在防范与治理球场暴力方面的经验。     

Organisational factors and non-accidental violence in sport: A systematic review

The objective of the current systematic review was to investigate the organisational factors that enable and motivate non-accidental violence towards athletes in the sport context. The authors identified and reviewed 43 qualitative studies investigating psychological, physical, and sexual abuse of athletes, and developed a framework of organisational factors (i.e., structural, social, and stress factors) related to non-accidental violence. Athletes were the key informants, yet some studies included athletes’ entourages. The authors independently coded the findings sections of the primary research, using the developed framework. Organisational tolerance for abuse and conformity to dominant values within sports were related to all three types of non-accidental violence. Power imbalance appeared as a relevant factor in both psychological and sexual abuse, while isolation was also relevant in sexual abuse. Believing that non-accidental violence had instrumental effects appeared related to both psychological and physical abuse, whereas a winner-take-all reward system was related to physical abuse. Based on this systematic review, the authors proposed an integrated perspective of the organisational factors driving non-accidental violence in sport and conclude by proposing a whole-of-system approach to the prevention and management of non-accidental violence.

从语言学角度阐述了运动竞赛语言暴力的内涵、实施手段、性质,针对运动竞赛语言暴力现状对其产生原因进行了分析,并提出了消除运动竞赛语言暴力的对策:提倡比赛文明用语,培育良好的竞赛语言环境;制定相应竞赛规则和管理制度,完善奖惩机制;提高运动竞赛参与者素质,提高体育职业道德水准;加强心理健康教育,提高自我控制能力.     

Negotiating violence: Mixed martial arts as a spectacle and sport

Drawing on qualitative interviews with Mixed martial arts (MMA) athletes and stakeholders, this study aims to investigate the relationship between, on the one hand, MMA as a spectacle and imaginary world, and on the other, the fighters’ experiences of violence, pain and ‘the real’. Analytically, we are influenced by the literature on the spectacle and on hyperreality. The results show that athletes’ negotiations concerning the sport largely connect to a particular way of approaching violence – culturally and in terms of physical experience. On the one hand, there is a desire to portray MMA as a civilized and regulated sport. The athletes develop different strategies by which to handle or renegotiate the physical force and violence in the cage. On the other hand, however, the fighters’ bodily control and management of their fear sometimes breaks down. When the spectacle of the octagon becomes ‘real’, the legitimacy of the sport is questioned.

球场观众暴力一直伴随着足球。英国不仅是现代足球的鼻祖,而且也是球场观众暴力、足球流氓的传统发源地。1960年以来,球场观众暴力在英国和其它欧洲国家的发展与蔓延,引起了一些学者的关注与研究。首先介绍了欧洲球场观众暴力的简要历史,然后重点通报了英国在球场观众暴力问题研究上所做的工作、主要理论和其它欧洲国家的研究状况。为我国今后在球场观众暴力方面的进一步研究提供参考。     

Understanding sports violence: revisiting foundational explorations

Within this paper, we discuss the importance of attending to definitions of ‘violence’. Through a return to a selection of important foundational works, we attempt to unpack the fundamental meanings of violence in a general sense, and sport violence in particular. With a specific focus on the need for definitional clarity, and particular attention to the ‘ritual’ dimensions of sport violence, we argue that engaging with these concepts is essential when conducting research on ‘violent’ contexts. Based on a critical reading of a small selection of relatively recent scholarship in sports settings, we ultimately argue that without careful consideration of what can constitute ‘violence’, scholars risk misrepresenting the social worlds they investigate. In conclusion, we call for researchers to enter into a dialogue with foundational explorations of violence, and also to attend more closely to the definitions favoured by practitioners who engage with apparent ‘violence’ on a regular basis.
