年级组“学教研”共同体建构的思考

新课程改革的全面推进,对年级组的管理职能提出了挑战,拓展年级组的管理职能,转变当前年级组重管理轻业务、重检查轻引导、重制度轻研究的倾向,把年级组建设成学、教、研的共同体,成为中小学校关注和需要探索的问题。 就年级组“学教研”共同体的有效建构,河北师范大学教育学院张爱华教授主持的课题团队在师大附属实验中学进行了近3年的实践探索,取得了较好的效果。作为学校的重要管理组织,年级组应该怎样定位？在学校发展、教师专业成长中,年级组应该起到哪些作用？年级组应该为学科教师、班主任提供哪些业务支持？在教育教学研讨和管理中,年级组应该做些什么,怎么做更高效？本期我们邀请了张爱华教授、实验中学吕爱华副校长等,希望透过他们在三年实践中的经验与反思,为我省中小学校年级组的建设与发展提供借鉴。     

高中年级管理策略探索

年级组是学校组织教师、学生进行教育、教学活动的基层组织。如何将设立年级组这个“形”,变成推行科学管理、提高管理效益这个“实”,是学校的一项重要工作。加强高中年级管理,要通过年级组表达对学生的理解和信任,培养学生的自我教育能力,搞好制度建设和常规管理,增强效益意识,强化目标管理,加强环境管理,抓好师资建设。     

在“学教研”共同体建构实践中成长

学校规模的扩大和学情的变化,使年级组的地位愈来愈突出。三年来,以年级组“学教研”共同体建构研究为课题进行的理论与实践探索,带动了我们学科教师立足学情,依托年级组、备课组的集体智慧,对学科内容与课堂教学问题进行探讨,通过备课、听课、评课等活动实现组内成员的资源共享,调整教学行为,提高了课堂教学的实效性,实现了个体教育思想的升华和教学艺术的提升。     

浅谈高中年级组管理策略

在高中实施年级组管理是为了分担学校各个部门的管理压力,提升管理的效能。年级组作为学校管理的一个实体,既要协调好学校各个科室部门的工作,进行无缝对接,又要对本年级的各个事务进行细致地划分和管理,要调动本年级组各个教师的工作积极性,协助教师打造高效的课堂,引导学生健康全面地发展。     

年级组管理：学校发展的阻力还是动力？

A校是一所办学历史悠久的独立高中。从20世纪80年代末开始，A校实施了年级组管理，教师按年级组办公，并逐步形成了一套比较完整的制度。每个年级组由一位副校长分管，与年级组长一道负责本年级平时的常规管理，如年级各阶段考试的安排，成绩的统计和分析，协调班级管理等。实际上，年级组已承担了相当一部分原应由处室负责的工作，在学校管理中举足轻重。     

高中年级组管理初探

正年级组是学校管理的基层组织,它是以处在同一发展阶段的学生为主体,集中多数学科教师及班主任在统一领导下进行教育教学工作的综合性组织形式。它是年级教育教学工作的组织者和领导者,其组织形式和管理职能影响着管理成效。因此,抓好年级组的管理工作,不仅有利于提升学校整体管理的效率和教育教学质量,而且还会推进学校素质教育的实施。作为一名年级组长,笔者亲历了2010~2013学年共三年的高中年级组管理,在参与年级组管理中,较深入了解了     

开展校际教研活动

我县高级中学集中在城内,高中班级少,每年级组教生物的只有一名教师,初中的各校生物教师受过专业训练的人少,任课教师中受专业训练的不到30％,教师队伍年轻,所以备课困难较多,其它活动也较难开展。面对这种情况,我们打破以校为单位的框框,成立了在教师进修学校指导下的校际教研组进行校际教研活动,通过这项活动,使生物教师素质有了很大的提高,具体做法是:
