教师知识分享量表的编制与测量

通过查阅现有国内外文献,对200名教师的问卷施测,确定教师知识分享的项目,编制了适合中国文化背景的教师知识分享问卷。对正式施测的518份有效问卷进行分半分析。其中258份有效问卷的探索性分析表明:教师知识分享是四因素结构,即促进学习机会、分享个人经验、参与专业互动、参与专业互动。另外258份问卷用于进一步验证教师知识分享问卷的信度和效度,验证性因素分析证实了四维结构模型的合理性,问卷具有较好的信度和效度。     

中学校长道德领导力结构研究

通过文献综述、访谈和开放式问卷调查,编制了适合中国文化背景的中学校长道德领导力量表。对92份有效问卷的探索性因素分析表明：中学校长道德领导力呈现清晰的五因素结构模型,即公平正义、人际关怀、诚信守责、德行修养和反思实践。为了进一步验证中学校长道德领导力量表的信度和效度,对376份有效问卷进行验证性因素分析,结果证实了五维...     

教师工作特征的结构模型及其复核效度

目的：揭示并验证中小学教师工作特征的结构模型。方法：把研究规划为预研究和正式研究两个阶段。预研究以257名中学教师为被试（收回有效量表166份）;正式研究以838名中小学教师为被试（收回有效量表657份）。以JDS中的《工作特征量裂》为测量工具,运用SEM的CFA方法对量表的结构效度进行检验,并对教师工作特征的结构模型进行复核效度分析。结果：中小学教师的工作特征,是由技能多样性、任务重要性、工作控制和反馈构成的四维度结构;预研究样本《工作特征量表》的内部一致性信度为．838,正式研究样本《工作特征量表》的内部一致性信度为．847。结论：《工作特征量表》具有较好的结构效度和较高的内部一致性信度;中小学教师工作特征的结构模型,具有“模型稳定”和“效度延展”两种形式的复核效度。     

中学教师工作支持量表的初步编制

目的:编制中学教师工作支持量表,并检验其信度和效度。方法:建构中学教师工作支持的理论模型,并依据该模型编制量表。量表的有效样本为275名中学教师,用因子分析和相关分析考察量表的信度和效度。结果:①量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.858,分半信度为0.716,重测信度为0.831;②因素分析产生4个因子,共解释55.45%的变异;③与工作敬业量表(WES)的相关为0.50(p<0.01)。结论:中学教师工作支持量表具有较好的信效度,可以用于中学教师获得的工作支持的评定。     

中学教师Anger问卷的初步编制

通过文献分析和实证研究,并对部分教师进行了深度访谈,在此基础上编制了中学教师Anger问卷.通过探索性因素分析,结果表明问卷由主观愤怒、人际愤怒、客观愤怒和特质愤怒四个维度构成.问卷结构清晰,信度和效度较好,可用于对中学教师愤怒的测量.     

师范生择业效能感问卷的初步编制

为了编制师范生择业效能感问卷,并检验所编制问卷的信度和效度,采用探索性因素分析初步探究理论结构,用验证性因素分析验证理论结构的合理性和正确性。验证结果为:探索性因素分析确定该问卷包括5个因子,全问卷的内部一致性系数为0.96,各分问卷的信度均在0.85以上,各分问卷全问卷得分之间的相关系数在0.859~0.918之间。从而得出结论:编制的师范生择业效能感问卷共包括5个因子,量表具有较好的信效度。     

成年初期祖孙关系问卷的编制

【目的】探讨老龄化背景下成年初期孙辈与祖父母的关系结构并编制祖孙关系问卷。【方法】对调查数据进行了探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,修正问卷的理论构想,检验问卷的信度和效度。【结果】成年初期祖孙关系共包括教育影响、祖孙冲突、亲密共享、关注投资和祖孙疏远五个因子,且问卷具有良好的信度和效度。     

少年儿童领悟社会支持量表的编制

为编制适合我国少年儿童领悟社会支持测试的量表,在借鉴国内外相关量表和进行开放式问卷调查的基础上编制问卷,应用对1261名中小学生的调查数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,并分析量表的信效度.结果发现少年儿童领悟社会支持包括家庭支持、同伴支持、学校支持3个正向支持因素和欺负与歧视1个负向支持因素,共4个因素.验证性因素分析结果表明4个因素模型拟合较好.量表的α信度系数为0.748,重测信度0.933,效度较高.结论:所编制的量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于少年儿童领悟社会支持的测试.     

大学生寝室人际交往问题来源量表的编制及信效度检验

研究者编制大学生寝室人际交往问题来源问卷,通过项目鉴别度分析和探索性因素分析,保留了17个题目。17个题目包括寝室中大学生的生活习惯差异问题、性格特征差异问题、成长经历差异问题和价值观念差异问题等四个因子,内部一致性系数均大于0.91。在585名大学生中进行了复测,该量表的内部一致性系数为0.89;从复测的大学生中随机抽取36人进行重测,重测信度在0.68-0.91之间;验证性因素分析验证了量表与构想模型拟合较好,具有很好的结构效度;以SCL-90为关联效标,皮尔逊相关系数为0.51。最后,研究者进行了大学生寝室人际交往问题来源量表的结构分析、信度和效度分析。     

中小学班主任工作倦怠量表的编制

目的：编制适合我国中小学文化背景的班主任工作倦怠量表。方法：通过文献分析、开放式问卷和访谈法,编订初测量表条目,采用探索性因素分析筛选项目,形成正式问卷。在探索性因素分析基础上,提取出＂去人性化、身心疲惫、成就感低落＂三个因素,验证性因素分析表明上述模型稳定且可靠,χ2/df=2.21,RMSEA=0.069,TLI=0.904,CFI=0.912。信度分析表明总量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.897,各因子的α系数在0.784到0.839之间。结论：问卷结构效度良好,具有较好的信度和效度。
