论网络教育与我国当前教育环境的契合

从网络教育的“资源、对象、管理”三方面看 ,网络教育尚未与我国当前教育环境实现很好的契合 ,因此 ,应采取以下措施 :(一 )在硬件支撑环境上 ,离线建设与在线建设相结合 ;(二 )在教学资源建设上 ,认知型教学和建构型教学的指导思想相结合 ;(三 )在教学形式上 ,远程式和传统式教学相结合 ;(四 )在教学组织上 ,自主式学习与集中式学习相结合 ;(五 )在教学管理上 ,自主式管理与集中式管理相结合 ;(六 )在学业评价上 ,专业素质考核与课程考试相结合     

如何理解我国特殊教育中的人道主义

特殊教育需要人道主义的关怀和支持。但如果过分强调“养”而忽视“教”，仅强调人道主义的投入而忽视对残疾人潜能的发掘和利用，这既不符合我国的现实国情，也不符合残疾人的社会化需要。我国特殊教育的出路只能是在对残疾人进行品德、知识教育的同时，培养他们某种职业技能，使他们尽可能自强自立，既能够享受正常人的生活，又能够奉献于社会，从而体现出自己的人格和社会价值。这才是我国特殊教育中人道主义的具体体现。

SOMETHING UP THE SLEEVE: FRAUD IN EDUCATION,OR THE LEARNING OF CORRUPTION

This article deals with the low profile issue of educational fraud. The author defines educational fraud in terms of a range of illegitimate practices in which students engage in order to inflate their recorded levels of academic performance. Four subtypes of fraud are identified. The cultural and social correlates of fraud are then considered. This discussion leads to suggestion that fraud may in certain circumstances be fostered by the hidden curriculum. The paper concludes with a consideration of the implications of educational fraud and an exploration of some possible means by which it could be combatted. Central issues here are (1) the links between fraud and dominant forms of educational evaluation which stress outcomes over process, and (2) the relevance of fraud to notions of citizenship and citizenship education.

THE DEMOCRATISATION OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN FRANCE AFTER THE SECOND WORLD WAR: A NEO-WEBERIAN GLOCAL APPROACH TO EDUCATION REFORMS

ABSTRACT:  The structural reforms of the education system in France (1959, 1963, and 1975) were part both of a global process of democratisation of education launched after the Second World War and of a larger modernisation project in which knowledge producers (experts, scholars and consultants) played a crucial role. Instead of a national approach or a world system approach to education reforms I propose a neo-Weberian glocal perspective that focuses on knowledge producers as a status group, education discourse structuration and education global networks; this perspective integrates national contexts and their peculiarities in the analysis without losing sight of the global forces. Global education networks centered in international organisations – such as UNESCO and the OECD – in which French knowledge-producers were largely involved, adopted a discourse inspired by the American school model that was adopted by scholars in different countries. The reformist network, in which scholars, experts and policy makers participated, enhanced reformist discourse structuration in the knowledge-production institutions (universities and national institutes) around social problems such as 'technological and scientific lag', 'inequality of opportunity', and 'disenchantment from the education system', thus, fostering transformations of the French education system.

CRITICAL LISTENING AND THE DIALOGIC ASPECT OF MORAL EDUCATION: J.F. HERBART'S CONCEPT OF THE TEACHER AS MORAL GUIDE

In his central educational work, The Science of Education (1806), J.F. Herbart did not explicitly develop a theory of listening, yet his concept of the teacher as a guide in the moral development of the learner gives valuable insight into the moral dimension of listening within teacher‐student interaction. Herbart's theory radically calls into question the assumed linearity between listening and obedience to external authority, not only illuminating important distinctions between socialization and education, but also underscoring consequences for our understanding of the role of listening in educational relations. In this inquiry, Andrea English argues that critical listening in teaching contributes to the moral education and development of the learner. To do this, she examines Herbart's view of the teacher's task as a moral guide in the realm of moral education. English contends that reexamining Herbart's theory of education (a theory that is, for the most part, no longer discussed in Anglo‐American educational philosophy) can productively inform our understanding of moral education in democratic and pluralist societies.
