学前教育本科生实习适应状况调查

幼儿园教育实习是幼儿园师资培育过程的重要阶段,是职前教师获得实践性知识的重要环节。学前教育专业实习生的幼儿园实习适应对准教师的社会化具有决定性影响,同时也奠定其未来的教育生涯基础。本研究通过问卷法对辽宁省学前教育专业实习生进行了问卷调查,包括实习生的身心适应、工作适应、人际适应、生活适应等内容。调查发现,对实习生身心适应状况关注不够,实习生实习期间的角色定位不清,双导师对实习生的指导质量不高等问题。对此应建立并完善"U-G-K"的实习协同机制,加强对实习过程的有效指导与管理,明确实习生的角色定位与工作职责,通过多种途径以改善和提升学前教育专业学生的实习适应。     

学前教育专业实习生的“现实震撼”

实习是职前阶段教师教育最重要的环节之一。研究发现,学前教育专业实习生面临园所环境、人际关系、专业知能、幼教职业等方面的"现实震撼"。实习生的个体特征是"现实震撼"的前提性因素,实习园所是"现实震撼"的主要环境,实习指导教师是实习生的"重要他人",师范教育是学生实习与入职准备的基础,此外,幼儿园教师的职业社会地位与职业声望也会影响实习生的"现实震撼"与职业认同。

多维度“带教”——园本培训的新思路

园本培训是提升教师专业素质,提高幼儿园教育质量的重要途径。结合幼儿园实际,充分发挥园所特色,探索阶梯式带教、专题培训、金字塔带教等一系列园本培训的新模式,有效地解决了专家型教师的深化发展、骨干型教师的专业懈怠、青年教师专业成长与成熟、新入职教师入职适应的问题,提高了园本培训的实效性。     

民办园转公办园后幼儿教师职业适应研究——以广东省广州市为例

民办园转为公办园是当下学前教育“扩容普及”政策导向下出现的一种新现象.职业适应是民办园转为公办园后教师面临的重要问题.研究者选取了广东省广州市10所较早转型的幼儿园的教师作为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈了解民办园转公办园后幼儿教师职业适应情况.调查发现,幼儿教师的能力素质、工资待遇、编制以及幼儿园管理者的管理等因素影响了幼儿园转型后教师的职业适应.促进民办园转公办园后幼儿教师职业适应,要增强教师自主发展的意识和行动;开展园本培训,提高教师专业水平;依法落实幼儿教师待遇,维护幼儿教师合法权益;完善各项规章制度,促进教师职业环境适应;逐步增加幼儿教师编制.     

高师学前教育专业实习生角色特点与适应过程分析

高师学前教育专业实习生是从高校学生到幼儿园教师的过渡性角色.该角色具有矛盾性、双重性、边缘性和他主性的特点.高师学前教育专业实习生的角色适应是以角色认知为基础、在解决角色冲突中不断追求教师身份认同的过程.     

幼儿园教师职业适应:现状、问题与对策 ——以华南地区G市为例

职业适应不仅直接影响着幼儿园教师的职业认同和专业成长,更会影响到学前教育事业的可持续发展。对G市22593名幼儿园教师的调查发现,幼儿园教师职业适应整体水平较高,教师职业心理适应、职业关系适应、专业知识适应、专业能力适应、职业环境适应之间相互影响,教师职业适应在年龄、教龄、初始学历、岗位等方面存在显著差异,不同办园性质、不同评估等级、不同规模幼儿园教师职业适应存在显著差异。为此,要完善幼儿园教师待遇保障体系,合力构建良好职业环境;强化分类指导与培训,有针对性地提高各类幼儿园教师群体职业适应水平;关注园际差异,努力提高相对薄弱幼儿园教师职业适应水平。

教学反思促进顶岗实习生职前教师专业发展的行动研究

"顶岗实习"是教育实习的一种创新模式,是针对传统的教育实习时间短、上课少,真实课堂教学体验不足,实习效果不理想而提出来的。通过对湖南第一师范学院2007级顶岗实习生开展教学反思的行动研究,发现加强实习生教育反思是促进职前教师专业发展一种重要途径,可提高自我专业发展意识,树立教育信念;可提高理论与实践相结合的能力,增强专业素质、有利于实践性知识的形成。在顶岗实习的指导中,实习学校指导教师及带队教师应重视实习生教育反思能力的培养并采取多种措施促进实习生教学反思能力的提高。
