当前随着应用型本科院校逐渐增多,毕业生数量也随之急剧膨胀,应用型本科院校大学生就业难题日渐突出。现阶段应用型本科院校的职业指导工作开展还很不完善,仍然存在诸多问题。以科学发展观为指导,改革和优化应用型本科院校职业指导工作现有状态,促进大学毕业生充分、顺利就业,已成为应用型本科院校需要深入研究的新课题。本文以应用型本科院校职业指导为视角,阐述职业指导在应用型本科院校面临的问题,分析应用型本科院校职业指导的现状。为了更好地开展和推动应用型本科院校职业指导工作,提出建立应用型本科院校职业指导长效机制。
