我国农村职业教育经历不同的发展阶段,成为我国农村教育中不可或缺的组成部分。随着可持续发展理念的不断深化,我国农村职业教育在发展过程中所呈现出的管理体制问题、经费问题、培训需求问题及师资问题等越来越突出,如何解决这些问题是我国农村职业教育发展的重要课题。针对这些问题,必须完善和改革农村职业教育管理体制,加大农村职业教育投入力度,实施面向市场的农村职业教育人才培养模式,创新农村职业教育教师培养与任职制度,不断推进农村职业教育改革路径的创新。
