生物芯片技术及其应用研究

近年来,生物芯片已成为科学界的研究热点之一。本文综述了生物芯片的概念、主要分类和制作,介绍了生物芯片的应用,分析了生物芯片技术中存在的问题并对其发展前景作了展望。

Employability: review and research prospects

Professional transition, employment, and reemployment are major concerns for nations facing adverse economic situations. The employability construct represents a scientific challenge in order to better understand the relationship between the job seekers’ issues and the expectations of the world of work. This paper presents a review of the concept of employability. Three main perspectives (educational and governmental, organizational, and individual) that are not exclusive can be identified. This review highlights the importance of adopting a systemic integrative approach and a wider interpretation of employability. A research agenda to develop the theory and applications of the concept of employability is proposed.

磷是生命过程中的必需元素,然而现如今世界磷矿资源极度匮乏,同时流失的磷又造成严重的富营养化污染。第一次全国污染源普查技术报告指出,农业源是我国磷排放的首要源头,因此回收农业废水磷素资源具有重要的研究价值。生物碳作为一种经济高效环境友好的新型吸附材料,近年开始用于回收废水中的磷素。本文将通过介绍生物碳性质、影响因素、吸附机理及解磷特性等内容,探讨生物碳回收农业废水中磷素的研究前景。     

Methodological advances in educational effectiveness research

This paper describes a series of events observed in an English primary school over the period 1991‐1994. The events are taken as typical examples of school response to an externally¹ imposed innovation, namely, the assessment of pupils against the progressive learning scale in the national curriculum.² The patterns of events occurring in the school are tabulated together with the responses of teaching staff to the change events. The purpose is to inform teacher understanding of the significance of some events in the school's response to change. The claim is that focused reflective practice through reference to change events and types of teacher response are an important contribution to teacher understanding of the meaning of their ‘learning organization’. This practice heightens teachers’ collective awareness of the foci for change within their organization and establishes a vehicle for empowered teacher voice.

     

Action research in West African schools: problems and prospects

This paper investigates the claims of action research as an appropriate research methodology for investigating West African education. It suggests that since action research is sensitive to context and is directly relevant to practitioners, it might avoid some of the criticisms that have been levelled at some other methodologies. However, data from Ghana are used to problematize this position. The paper concludes with a discussion of ways in which collaboration between academics and teachers, based on action research, might develop so that both useful knowledge about education in West Africa is derived and practice is improved.

中国高等教育的区域不均衡分布与发展是一个不争的事实。20世纪90年代以来，许多学者运用不同的理论和方法，对区域问高等教育的规模、结构、投入等问题进行了定性和定量的研究，取得了明显的进展，但还存在着许多问题期待得到进一步研究。
