研究目的:验证无芯模旋压工艺可行性,同时深入探究此新型工艺机理,研究并获取旋轮轨迹曲线参数化控制及其对于零件成形精度的影响趋势。创新要点:基于贝塞尔曲线实现对于无芯模旋压旋轮轨迹曲线的参数化控制;通过构建包括成形与回弹工艺过程的无芯模旋压仿真模型,研究参数化轨迹曲线对成形件壁厚及形状精度的影响趋势及关系,同时对成形过程变形区应力应变进行了深入探究分析。研究方法:1.基于三次贝塞尔曲线实现对于旋轮轨迹曲线的拟合以及参数化控制(图3);2.利用LS-DYNA软件实现对无芯模旋压成形及回弹工艺综合仿真及其过程、结果数据的提取;3.研究不同参数化轨迹曲线下成形件壁厚及形状精度变化趋势(图12和13),获取量化轨迹曲线对于零件成形精度影响关系(表3),并通过增加实验组验证所获关系模型;4.提取成形过程中及成形后板料变形区应力及应变数据(图14–19),深入探究上述变形机理。重要结论:凹轨迹曲线下,坯料中部出现最大减薄及变形程度,且降低曲线曲率,形状精度提高;凸轨迹曲线下,最大减薄及变形区域出现在坯料后部,且降低曲线曲率,壁厚及形状精度均提高。  相似文献

针对激光选区熔化成形倾斜薄壁件尺寸精度低、成形质量差等问题,应用响应曲面法研究工艺参数及倾斜角度对薄壁件壁厚的影响,建立倾斜角度、工艺参数与壁厚相对误差关系模型。结果表明:倾斜角度对壁厚的影响最大,激光功率次之。由于倾斜角度改变,薄壁件悬垂面粉末支撑区域不同,导热效果存在差异,激光功率与扫描间距对于不同倾斜角度的薄壁件壁厚影响不同。其中,激光功率对45°倾斜薄壁件壁厚的影响最大,当激光功率选择150~350W时,壁厚相对误差最大差值为24%而扫描间距对90°倾斜薄壁件壁厚的影响最大,当扫描间距选择0.1~0.2mm时,壁厚相对误差最大差值为9.5%,合理的工艺参数能够有效降低壁厚相对误差。  相似文献

近几年来汽车成为了每个家庭必不可少的代步工具,而汽车减振器种类也随之增加。汽车的前悬挂通常使用麦弗逊式结构,而后悬挂一般采用多连杆式结构。基于此选择了麦弗逊式前减振器作为旋压封口装备的研究对象。而旋压封口的方式相比于其他封口方式具有经济实惠、成功率高、工艺简单等特点。研究旋压封口装备主要解决了结构设计和参数设定的问题,同时总结出旋压封口的一般规律及力值变化曲线,最后实现了减振器的旋压封口。  相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
