弗·洛斯基的一生的主要目的是向西方证明东正教真理。他认为，在某种意义上，这都是神秘的，而否定神学是通向与上的神秘结合的道路。在他看来，否定神学不是抽象的神学，而是直觉的神学。“直觉神学”自身饱含着矛盾，改变我们的理性，以使我们能够达到对神启的现实地直觉，从而上升到上那里，是我们理解教会教义的途径。

Dan Brown’s best-seller, The Da Vinci Code is a classical union of thriller and intelligence, and he has a good command of the knowledge on cryptology, mathematics, religion, culture and art. In addition, he organized his work fully with a large amount of information the public concerned and well-arranged them into the wonderful story.The protagonists of the book, Robert Langdon, the symbologist from Harvard and Sophie Neveu, the decode expert (The curator’s granddaughter) have to solve the complicated secret by gradually investigating the strange codes and meet a series of dangerous situations. They find that what they’re looking for may be a shocking secret while they solve the codes progressively during the fierce struggle with the mystery manipulator. The secret is the Holy Grail, which the Church tends to hide forever because it will destroy the faith.Therefore, this thesis will analyze the symbolic significance of Holy Grail in the book and the arguments on it against the author’s viewpoint by observing related religious figures, religious phenomenon and religious organizations.

A Feminist Perspective on Moral Education

Abstract

I argue that the just community approach is the best available values education programme in the high schools for meeting the primary goal of feminism, the elimination of injustices due to sexism. In order to eliminate sexism, I suggest we look beneath educational policies and practices to the social and value structures of schools as institutions. Through excerpts from interviews with students, I describe the social and value structures of a democratic community which form the basis of the just community programme.

A Feminist Perspective on Parental Leave Policies

This article focuses on the ways that three feminist theories—liberal feminism, cultural feminism, and feminist poststructuralism—might be used to craft parental leave policies. After examining each theory in detail, the article concludes by offering one example of an ideal parental leave policy that combines the best features of each theory to produce a policy that is responsive to faculty needs and works to change gender roles. Often faculty and administrators implement policies without truly thinking through the theories that underpin the policies. This article provides the tools to help create theoretically informed policy. Margaret W. Sallee received her M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University and is currently a Ph.D. student and Research Assistant in the Center for Higher Education Policy Analysis at the University of Southern California. Her research focuses on faculty work lives and the influence of gender on graduate student socialization.
