关于行为疗法理论的研究报告

在当代,心理咨询和治疗的理论多种多样,方法和技术更是繁多,各种学派和体系不断涌现,交互更替.本文是时行为疗法理论的研究报告,笔者以多年学校心理咨询工作的经验为依据,结合具体案例,对行为疗法理论、方法进行了介绍,强调行为疗法在改变人的不良行为,解决具体的行为障碍方面的贡献,同时也明确自己在进行此理论研究的一些体会.     

认知行为疗法的一例个案研究

本研究首先概略地介绍了认知行为疗法的基本理论观点、咨询方法和适用症。随后详细介绍了运用认知行为疗法进行心理咨询的一例个案。最后对认知行为疗法与精神分析法、行为疗法进行了比较,分析了认知行为疗法的不足之处,提出了一种与精神分析法两者结合咨询的思考。     

认知行为疗法在高校心理咨询中的适用性探讨

在大学生心理健康水平不容乐观,高校心理咨询工作逐渐发展的情况下,认知行为疗法因其自身特点符合大学生的心理特点和高校心理咨询的要求,被认为是一种适用高效的心理治疗方法。本文从大学生的常见心理问题及其产生原因、高校心理咨询中的主要特点和认知行为疗法自身特点三个方面探讨了认知行为疗法在高校心理咨询中的适用性。

心理咨询的哲学基础初探

本文从本体论、认识论和方法论的角度，以精神分析、当事人中心疗法、行为疗法、合理情绪疗法、基督教心理咨询和后现代心理咨询为对象，用辩证唯物主义为指导思想，对心理咨询的哲学基础进行了分析，认为辩证唯物主义是心理咨询唯一正确的哲学指导思想，但哲学取向不完全等同于心理咨询理论和方法的科学性和有效性，对不同流派应该取其精华，舍其糟粕，为人服务。

纵观心理咨询和治疗的发展历程,各种治疗方法层出不穷,有人粗略统计,当今存在的心理疗法总共达250多种,但咨询者所遵循的理论模式却相对集中;其中,精神分析疗法,行为疗法和以人为中心疗法在这些理论模式中具有举足轻重的地位,因此,对三大咨询流派作一个清晰透彻的了解对于指导我们的心理咨询实践是必不可少的。

心理咨询与治疗的理论体系发展迅速.精神分析疗法、行为疗法、认知行为疗法与当事人中心疗法是心理咨询与治疗发展史上的主要模式,是最具影响力的四大体系.伴随着心理学中新近的两大思潮,即后现代主义思潮在心理学中的渗透以及积极心理学思潮的兴起,出现了令人耳目一新且较有影响力的叙事心理治疗与积极心理治疗等新兴的理论学派.综观心理咨询与治疗理论体系的发展变化,折衷整合是发展的总趋向.     

行为疗法

行为疗法是建立在学习理论基础上,运用较为广泛的心理治疗方法,它有很多具体治疗方法。现在,行为疗法开始重视认知因素,发展了认知——行为疗法。在心理治疗上,行为疗法具有不可磨灭的贡献,但也有局限性。     

高职学生社交恐怖症的诊断及心理矫治——以一个典型高职学生社交恐怖症的病案为例

本案例通过对一个典型社交恐怖神经症患者进行资料采集、心理行为分析与治疗过程的记录和分析,介绍了与心理咨询和治疗有关的观念以及咨询师对相关治疗原理、方法的理解与应用.咨询师通过采用认知行为疗法和系统脱敏疗法的相关理论进行心理分析与行为治疗,在求助者的积极配合下,最终达到心理咨询的目标.     

An Integrative Approach: Relational Cultural Theory and Cognitive Behavior Therapy in College Counseling

This article presents an integrative framework for using cognitive behavior therapy through the lens of relational cultural theory. The authors provide an overview of cognitive behavior therapy and relational cultural theory, followed by suggestions on how to facilitate cognitive behavior therapy using the principles of relational cultural theory in college counseling. A case illustration is used to demonstrate the integration of cognitive behavior therapy and relational cultural theory.     

Counseling a Biracial Female College Student With an Eating Disorder: A Case Study Applying an Integrative Biopsychosocialcultural Perspective

This case study describes short‐term counseling with a young biracial woman experiencing an eating disorder. A biopsychosocialcultural conceptualization of the problem is described. The counseling approach is informed by feminist and multicultural theory and uses both interpersonal and cognitive behavior therapy.     

高中生考试焦虑的团体心理咨询实验研究

本实验研究了团体心理辅导在治疗高中三年级学生考试焦虑方面的效果。实验中,我们通过安排系列团体心理辅导活动,综合使用认知疗法和行为疗法,对检出的12名有中度以上考试焦虑的高三学生进行辅导,实验结果表明,团体心理咨询可以有效地降低高中三年级学生的焦虑水平。

The use of personal logs to assist clinical students in understanding and integrating theories of counseling intervention

Because of the importance for social science students of clinical counseling or therapy to fully understand and experience theories and methods of intervention, the author has developed a classroom exercise to help accomplish this goal. The use of personal logs by students of psychology, guidance and counseling, psychiatric nursing, social work, psychiatry and other helping professions gives students first hand experience in using theories and methods in their own life situations, and facilitates the important integration between the theory and the personality style of the user of the theory and its techniques.     

关于高职心理咨询专业理论课教学模式的思考

本文通过分析高职心理咨询专业的特点、心理学与心理咨询理论知识在心理咨询技能形成中的地位作用,探索高职心理咨询专业理论课教学新模式,提出了本专业理论教学的新目标、新内容、新方法,为制定高职心理咨询专业人才培养方案提供参考。     

Adapting Dialectical Behavior Therapy for College Counseling Centers

College counseling centers report increased student presentation with severe psychological issues (Gallagher, 2012 ). Although dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) has demonstrated efficacy with multiple clinical populations, standard model DBT is not feasible for many traditional college counseling centers. This article describes the iterative development and evolution of a comprehensive DBT program adapted to fit the scope of a traditional college counseling center. Guidelines for implementing lessons learned over the 3 years of the program are provided.     

College Counseling for Self‐Injurious Behavior: A Case Study

This case study describes the counseling experience of a college woman undergoing treatment to address self‐injurious behavior. The article presents and illustrates a counseling approach that is conceptually based on attachment and object relations theory. The approach emphasizes the client‐counselor relationship and the need to establish a supportive interpersonal environment as the main factors contributing to positive change in the client's self‐injuring behavior.     

女大学生社交恐惧咨询的个案分析简

以一例认知疗法和行为疗法结合某高校女生社交恐惧症的案例分析。通过收集、整理求助者的资料,对求助者的问题进行原因分析、鉴别诊断,并结合心理测验结果诊断为恐惧神经症。在咨询过程中,采用贝克和雷米的认知疗法、系统脱敏疗法和求助者中心疗法,帮助其认识、修正错误观念,矫正不良行为,巩固新观念,取得较满意的咨询效果。
