检察环节辩护律师执业权利保障研究

在检察环节,辩护律师主要处于职务犯罪侦查和刑事犯罪的审查逮捕、审查起诉阶段,由于侦查、批捕、起诉是诉讼程序的基础,在这个阶段保障律师权利,对实现法律的公平正义具有重大意义。因此,我们很有必要强化检察环节辩护律师的执业权利,以求使刑事辩护制度的积极作用在检察环节得到最充分的发挥。

This article proposes that while speech‐communication programs in two‐year colleges should be flexible and adaptive to student needs, the common denominator of these needs is the improvement of oral communication skills. Insofar as speech‐communication departments do this they are providing a “service'’ to all students.     

论律师年检制度之完善

英汉律师法庭辩论词中的模糊限制语对比分析

通过使用Concapp分析软件,笔者对三种不同类型的模糊限制语在英汉两种律师法庭辩论词中的使用频率进行统计分析,对两种语言中不同种类模糊限制语的不同使用频率进行分析探讨,以便更好地了解英汉两种语言中律师在使用模糊限制语这一语言策略方面的相同和不同之处。     

The community college and the disadvantaged

The objective of this study is to empirically explore the extent to which public two-year colleges in this country are characterized by open admissions policies and by comprehensive curricula, as well as the extent and nature of programs for the disadvantaged within these institutions. Utilizing a stratified sampling design developed by the research staff of the American Council on Education, a precoded original questionnaire was mailed in the spring of 1971 to the chief administrative officer for each institution in the sample. It was found that only a little over half of the colleges have the curricula offerings and admissions policies of exemplary community colleges, but that all reported special courses, programs, or services for the academically disadvantaged minority group. However, only 40% of our sample indicated that they have developed special programs (as opposed to courses or services). Too, community colleges with programs require (1) more resources in preparing faculty for dealing effectively with the disadvantaged, (2) additional emphasis on recruitment of the disadvantaged, and (3) more attention to developing courses in ethnic studies.An earlier version of this paper was presented at the annual meeting of the American Educational Research Association, New Orleans, February 1973. 192 7— 1 937年十年间 ,上海的律师业得到了极大的发展 ,从业律师的队伍规模、队伍构成、收入水平都呈现出欣欣向荣的景象。促进上海律师业发展的原因有很多 ,而上海经济的发展、租界法权的逐步收回、南京国民政府的立法活动、上海“三界鼎立”的格局是主要原因。上海律师业的发展从一个侧面反映了上海的现代化进程在“制度层面”和“观念层面”的突破 ,这说明上海的现代化进程已全面展开。
