研究者通过访谈调查,编制出80个题目,在737名大学生中进行初测,通过项目鉴别度分析和探索性因素分析,保留了24个题目。24个题目包括安全体质、安全心理、安全技能和安全意识等四个因子,内部一致性系数均大于0.73。在571名大学生中进行了复测,该量表的内部一致性系数为0.88;从复测的大学生中随机抽取51人进行重测,重测信度在0.66~0.85之间。验证性因素分析验证了量表与构想模型拟合较好,具有很好的结构效度。最后,研究者进行了大学生公共安全素质量表的结构分析、信度和效度分析,并讨论了存在的问题。  相似文献

探索积极人格特质问卷(PPTQ)在中国大学生中的因素结构。采用积极人格特质问卷(Positive Personality Traits Questionnaire)中文版,对648名大学生施测,对其中一半数据使用PASWStatistics18进行探索性因素分析,另一半数据使用AMOS16.0进行验证性因素分析(CFA)。探索性因素分析得出积极自我意象、外向性和文化认同三因素结构。累计解释率为50.457%,验证性因素分析结果显示:χ2/df=2.230,GFI=0.841。AGFI=0.816,CFI=0.822,RMSEA=0.062,中文版三因素结构在中国大学生人群中较为合理。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to provide empirical evidence to support the validity of the Community of Inquiry (CoI) model survey. The participants for this study were undergraduate and graduate students (n = 1173) enrolled in fully online (57%) and blended online courses (43%) offered through WebCT during the spring 2008 semester at a mid-sized western university. One half of the student responses were randomly selected for exploratory factor analysis while the remaining half was subjected to confirmatory factor analysis. Results from the exploratory analysis identified a three factor model which was tested through confirmatory factor analysis and found to be an acceptable fit to the predicted population model. Results from this study suggest that the CoI survey holds promise as a useful evaluation tool for providing formative and summative feedback about the effectiveness of online courses and programs.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to develop a valid and reliable scale for assessing high school students’ self-directed learning skills. Based on a literature review and data obtained from similar instruments, all skills related to self-directed learning were identified. Next, an item pool was prepared and administered to 255 students from various high schools. To test the suitability of the gathered data, exploratory factor analysis was performed. The results revealed that there were correlations between the items, factor analysis could be conducted and nine factors were obtained. A confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed concerning the quality of the factor structure. The results of the CFA confirmed the nine-factor solution. The final version of the scale has a nine-factor structure and includes a total of 40 items. This instrument uses a five-point Likert-type scale and was termed the Self-Directed Learning Skills Scale (SDLSS).  相似文献

为测试Hewitt多维完美主义量表在中国大学生中的信度和效度,并对其进行修订,对1959名大学生进行测试,采用探索性和验证性因素分析对问卷的因素进行检验,计算量表的内部一致性信度、重测信度等。结果发现量表最后保留15个项目,可解释总方差的49.55%,各维度的项目载荷在0.49~0.77之间。验证性因素分析指标x2、RMSEA、NFI、CFI、CFI分别为796.925、0.075、0.802、0.820、0.835。总量表与分量表的a系数和重测信度都在O.65以上,因此,修订后的HMPS具有较理想的信效度,较适合中国大学生使用。  相似文献

编制大学生重口味文化现状问卷(Chinese Undergraduate Heavy-taste Culture Scale,CUHCS),检验问卷的信效度。采用方便取样选取重庆市永川区的1300名大学生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷1195份。通过项目分析筛选题目,通过对数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析来检验问卷的信效度。得出一些结果:(1)大学生重口味文化现状问卷包括15个题目,4个因子,分别为行为特征、驱力特性、求新特性及流行诱因。(2)问卷进行探索性因素分析所得题目的负荷在0.416~0.775之间,累计方差贡献率为51.61%。问卷进行验证性因素的结果表明模型拟合较好,各项指标均达到心理测量学的要求(x2/df=2.13,RMSEA=0.044<0.05,GFI=0.962>0.90, CFI=0.930>0.90,AGFI=0.945>0.90,TLI=0.913>0.90,IFI=0.931>0.90),问卷的Cronbachα系数为0.75,4个因子的α系数在0.60~0.70之间,4个因子与总分之间的相关系数在0.55~0.67之间(均P<0.001)。(3)问卷与中文网络成瘾量表(Chinese Internet Addiction Scale,CIAS)的相关系数为0.33(P<0.01)。结果表明,大学生重口味文化现状问卷的信效度较好,可以测量大学生中重口味文化的流行现状。  相似文献

Based on a stratified sample of 15‐year‐old students in Singapore schools, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to identify and cross‐validate the factorial structure underlying two group intelligence tests and two group Piagetian tests. The structure of the first‐ and second‐order factors underlying the tests was first identified using exploratory factor analysis on the exploratory sample. The confirmatory approach using LISREL was then used to cross‐validate the factor structure on the validation sample. One second‐ and four first‐order factors were found. To allow for easier interpretation of the factors, a Schmid‐Leiman transformation was carried out on the first‐ and second‐order factor matrices of the pooled sample. A hierarchical factor matrix consisting of a general factor and four group factors was found.  相似文献

In this research, the authors examined the construct validity of scores of the Academic Motivation Scale using exploratory structural equation modeling. Study 1 and Study 2 involved 1,416 college students and 4,498 high school students, respectively. First, results of both studies indicated that the factor structure tested with exploratory structural equation modeling provides better fit to the data than the one tested with confirmatory factor analysis. Second, the factor structure was gender invariant in the exploratory structural equation modeling framework. Third, the pattern of convergent and divergent correlations among Academic Motivation Scale factors was more in line with theoretical expectations when computed with exploratory structural equation modeling rather than confirmatory factor analysis. Fourth, the configuration of convergent and divergent correlations connecting each Academic Motivation Scale factors to a validity criterion was more in line with theoretical expectations with exploratory structural equation modeling than with confirmatory factor analysis.  相似文献

Four validation studies of different versions of the Approaches to Studying Inventory (ASI) were performed by means of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Six samples of undergraduate students participated (N = 4,038), drawn from different bachelor programs in selected university college departments. The results gave limited support to the 18‐item ASI originally promoted by Gibbs et al. in 1988, whereas a modified version of the 32‐item edition showed acceptable psychometric properties, as did two shortened versions of the Approaches and Study Skill Inventory for Students (ASSIST). A restructured “quick‐and‐easy” 18‐item ASI emerged as reasonably valid and robust, and can be recommended as a research instrument and a practical evaluation tool in higher education. Considerations related to shortening the ASI are also discussed.  相似文献

The aim of this research was to develop a new questionnaire for exploring the reading beliefs of undergraduate students, because the only currently available instrument has conceptual and methodological limitations. The paper describes the process of developing the instrument and presents a range of psychometric data obtained from a sample of 558 Spanish undergraduates who were in the first or final year of a degree programme in psychology, language and literature or engineering. The results provide evidence of the psychometric quality of items and reveal a dual structure of two and six factors, both obtained through exploratory and/or confirmatory factor analyses. Adequate reliability based on internal consistency of the factors was also demonstrated. As a measure of criterion validity, differences in reading beliefs by gender, academic year and knowledge area were also explored. The findings support the psychometric adequacy of this new instrument developed through an exploratory piece of research. Overall, the process of constructing the instrument and the results from this study provide a framework for research and intervention, in addition to presenting a tool that both researchers and teaching staff could use in the context of reading and reading comprehension.  相似文献

This study reports the development and validation of the Graduate Skills and Attributes Scale which was initially administered to a random sample of 272 third-year-level and postgraduate-level, distance-learning higher education students. The data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis. In a second study, the scale was administered to a stratified proportional random sample of 1102 early-career, undergraduate open distance-learning higher education students in the economic and management sciences field. The data were analysed using confirmatory factor and Rasch analyses. The structural validity and reliability of the scale were confirmed by the results. Educators and learning and development practitioners may be able to use the findings in their teaching, learning and assessment design.  相似文献

This study explored the domain specificity of students' beliefs about academic knowledge in three related studies. Using a four-factor model as an initial framework, a series of domain-specific items about mathematics and history was developed. In Study I, these items were administered to 182 undergraduates, and the psychometric properties and underlying factor structure were examined via exploratory factor analysis. In Study II, the modified instrument, the Domain-Specific Beliefs Questionnaire (DSBQ), was administered to 633 students and a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. A subsample of participants' responses on the DSBQ was also compared to responses on Schommer's epistemological questionnaire. Study III involved a second confirmatory factor analysis using data from a new sample (n = 523). Those data were examined for potential gender differences. Overall, the results of this investigation suggested that students possess certain domain-specific beliefs about knowledge in mathematics and history. Further, a significant moderate relationship between the DSBQ and Schommer's questionnaire provided some evidence of domain-generality in undergraduates' epistemological beliefs.  相似文献

在前期研究的基础上,根据理论分析和半开半闭式问卷调查(n=296),经初测(n=833)和正式测量(n=2979),编制了由认知特性、个性、适应性三个分量表构成的大学生心理素质量表。通过测量数据的探索性因素分析,得到量表的因素结构,然后考察了量表的重测信度、同质性信度以及效标效度和结构效度,结果表明该量表具有较好的信度和效度。验证性因素分析进一步证明量表的结构比较合理,适用于测试我国大学生的心理素质水平。  相似文献

通过理论分析、开放式问卷调查,并结合一线教师的访谈资料,编制了一份46道题的初始课堂偏差行为问卷。选取877名大学生对初始问卷进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,形成26题测试问卷。问卷包括冷漠型偏差行为、情绪型偏差行为、极端型偏差行为和工具型偏差行为四个维度。重测系数、内部一致性系数、与成绩基点的相关系数分别为0.523,0.877,0.328,累计解释方差为47.929%;验证性因素分析显示,问卷四个维度的拟合程度较好。大学生情境课堂偏差行为问卷表现出较好的区分度、信度和效度,可以作为大学生课堂情境偏差行为的评估的有效测量工具。  相似文献

The central purposes of this study were to review the development and evolution of the Scientific Attitude Inventory (SAI) and then reevaluate the psychometric properties of the revised form of the SAI, the Scientific Attitude Inventory II (SAI‐II). The SAI‐II was administered to a convenience sample of 543 middle and high school students from five teachers in four schools in four school districts in San Antonio, Texas, at the beginning of the 2004–2005 school year. Confirmatory factor analysis on the full data set failed to support the existence of a 12‐factor structure (as proposed by the scale developers) or a one‐factor structure. The data were then randomly divided into exploratory [exploratory factor analysis (EFA)] validation and confirmatory [confirmatory factor analysis (CFA)] cross‐validation sets. Exploratory and confirmatory models yielded a three‐factor solution that did not fit the data well [χ2 (321) = 646, p < .001; RMSEA = .061 (.90 CI = .054–.068); and CFI = .81]. The three factors were labeled “Science is About Understanding and Explaining” (13 items), “Science is Rigid” (6 items), and “I Want to Be a Scientist” (8 items). The α‐coefficients for these three factors ranged from 0.59 to 0.85. Whether these identified subscales are valid will require independent investigation. In this sample, and consistent with prior publications, the SAI‐II in its current form did not have satisfactory psychometric properties and cannot be recommended for further use. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The Physics Metacognition Inventory was developed to measure physics students’ metacognition for problem solving. In one of our earlier studies, an exploratory factor analysis provided evidence of preliminary construct validity, revealing six components of students’ metacognition when solving physics problems including knowledge of cognition, planning, monitoring, evaluation, debugging, and information management. The college students’ scores on the inventory were found to be reliable and related to students’ physics motivation and physics grade. However, the results of the exploratory factor analysis indicated that the questionnaire could be revised to improve its construct validity. The goal of this study was to revise the questionnaire and establish its construct validity through a confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, a Rasch analysis was applied to the data to better understand the psychometric properties of the inventory and to further evaluate the construct validity. Results indicated that the final, revised inventory is a valid, reliable, and efficient tool for assessing student metacognition for physics problem solving.  相似文献

This paper describes the development and initial validation of a Chinese reading motivation questionnaire (CRMQ) which was designed to assess Chinese students' reading motivation in Hong Kong. The development of the CRMQ consisted of two steps. In the first study, groups of items were constructed based on achievement motivation theories and existing instruments. The initial version of the CRMQ was administered to a small group of Grade 7 students in Hong Kong and exploratory factor analysis, item‐total correlation, and reliability analyses were carried out to assess its psychometric quality. The CRMQ was then revised and administered to a larger sample of Grade 7 students in the second study. Findings of confirmatory factor analysis provided further validation for the proposed factor structure of the revised questionnaire. In addition, findings indicated that students' reading motivation was positively related to their strategy use, reading comprehension, and academic achievement. The findings of this study could enrich our understanding of Chinese reading motivation among Hong Kong students. Implications of these findings for implementing effective reading instruction in Chinese language teaching are also discussed.  相似文献
