教学创新再探寻——基于教学习惯的视角

未来社会的竞争是创新性人才的竞争,这需要教学创新予以支持.受传统文化、思维定势、教学权威、安逸的教学生活形成的教学习惯影响,当前教学中普遍缺乏创新.突破教学习惯的禁锢,实现教学创新,需要教学视野的开放、教学思维的变革、教学问题的诘问、教学理性的充盈、教学自主的萌生,克服教学习惯的束缚,实现教学创新.     

从有效教学到优质教学

追求有效教学和优质教学,是学校教育的永恒课题.研究有效教学和优质教学需要各抒己见,需要倾听教师的实践呼声、研究教学的问题,需要拓展学术的视野,需要理论结合实践.对于有效教学,要建构“效能改进”教学模式即重视效能改进、科学理解教学目标、激发兴趣会教会学、作业设计多样化、改进学习策略,才能提高教学效率.对于优质教学,要建构“大成智慧”教学模式,即明确优质教学的概念原理、优质教学应当是自适应教学、优质教学是大成智慧教学、优质教学与精品课程是有区别的、优质教学需要系统研究.试图回答什么是有效教学、优质教学以及如何实施有效教学、优质教学.     

教学限度：一个需要探究的话题

所谓教学限度,是指教学思想、教学方法、教学手段、教学目标、教学效果等与教学有关的内容或要素,在教学实施中,具有适用性、有限性、局限性。教师在教学过程中不要超越教学限度,要有效地控制教学要素的容量、进展,实现教学要素的有机组合,以取得最优化的教学效果。教学限度不是某个具体的数值,而是一种临界的状态。与教学限度相对的概念是教学过度或教学无度。     

注重教学反思 加速自身成长

一、教学反思的环节 教师教学反思是对教学指导思想、原则、目的、内容、方法、手段和评价等各教学要素的反思,贯穿于整个教学的始末。教学反思不简单是教学经验的总结,它是伴随整个教学过程的监测、分析和解决问题的活动。这里,可把教学反思分为教学前反思、教学中反思、教学后反思。 １．教学前反思 教学前反思就是对教学准备和设计阶段进行反思。它是建立在对前一阶段教学工作中的信息收集、分析和评价以及对教学实践结果的归因总结的基础上,运用已有的教学经验,并借鉴他人教学中的长处,以局外人的身份,对教学的准备、设计过程及…     

新课程背景下高中地理教学目标的设计

职业高中语文教学属学语文教学中的一个分支。在教学目的、教学任务、教学内容、教学原则、教学过程、教学方法等方面,职业高中语文教学具有中学语文教学的共性,但由于职业高中培养目标、培养对象的不同,因而决定了职业高中语文教学又具独特的个性。职业高中语文教学的这种个性,可以概括为八个加强。

在正面教学、正规教学、有计划教学大行其道的当下,侧面教学、非正规教学、无意识教学易被人所忽略,但它在现实生活中又确实存在,并发挥其独特的作用.提出侧面教学,是因为正规教学存在局限性,而侧面教学潜力巨大,不为一般人所注意,且侧面教学与正规教学本是一个整体.侧面教学的形式与内容呈现境遇性、生活化和社会化的倾向;侧面教学具有即兴教学、个别交流、心灵对话的特点.侧面教学的实质在于:它是教师综合素养的投射,是对学生沉睡心灵的唤醒,是正规教学质的飞跃的催化剂.侧面教学不是正规教学的对立面,侧面教学并非随意教学,侧面教学不等于非制度化教育,侧面教学不等于非课堂教学,侧面教学不等于课外辅导,从事侧面教学的并非都是正规教师.
