中学生社会支持对独处行为的影响

本研究的目的是探讨中学生社会支持对独处行为的影响。通过问卷调查的方式,采用青少年社会支持量表和独处行为量表对379名中学生进行测量,结果表明,1女生的社会支持得分和孤独显著高于男生,而男生的孤僻得分显著高于女生,在社交焦虑上两者则没有显著差异;2独生子女的积极独处得分显著高于非独生子女;3中学生社会支持总分同积极独处和孤僻呈显著负相关,客观支持和支持利用度与孤独呈显著正相关。积极独处同孤僻呈显著正相关,孤僻和社交焦虑存在显著正相关,社交焦虑和孤独呈显著正相关。由此得出结论,性别对社会支持和独处行为有着较大影响,社会支持对独处行为影响较大,同时独处行为各维度之间也存在较大的相互影响。
