在追求优质的全球性教育变革浪潮中,培养教师专业实践能力成为教师教育改革的重要路向。能力是动态、多元的,专业实践能力建基于知识,进而又成为有效表现和行为的基础。教师专业实践的反思性本质赋予教师专业实践能力以独特的蕴涵,使其具有经验性、情境性、发展性和价值性等特征。教师专业实践能力的内涵与特征启示我们:教师教育要考虑如何有效联结经验与理论;凸显情境和反思在提升教师专业实践能力中的重要作用;针对教师职业生涯的不同阶段来发展教师的专业实践能力。     

优质教育呼唤的回应：教师教育专业发展的思考与对策

面对优质教育的需求,教师教育专业必须做出回应和变革,对专业的发展进行全方位的调整。从教师的责任与负重、教师专业发展的对策、教师教育类的核心课程体系构建和理论落实于实践等方面去进行学理上的解释、讨论与思考,提出教育的成功取决于更高的教师教育质量、教师培养的普及与提高并举、更新教师专业发展的理念、施行多元化的教师专业素养标准、以学科教学知识（PCK）为指导思想,构建教师专业化的核心知识体系、重新设计与规划教师专业发展的知识课程体系、教学第一线实践情境的支持。     

小学教育专业实践教学改革的路径探索

小学教育专业实践教学存在着教育理论课程与实践课程之间缺乏融通,教师技能实训与教师技能课程之间缺乏衔接,学生的日常教师技能训练和实习指导有效性亟待提高等问题。解决以上问题可以从以下几个方面做起:改革小学教育专业课程体系;以案例教学为方法,以基地实践为平台,构筑起教师教育理论课程和实践课程之间融通的桥梁;完善教师教育实践实训体系;提升专业教师的"双师素质";探索成立"教师专业发展联盟"。

构建科学、合理的教师教育专业实践教学体系,是培养师范生的教师专业能力的基础。通过对现行的教师教育专业实践教学体系的反思,我们认为有利于教师专业能力养成的实践教学体系应包括：基础实践、专技实践、专业实践、综合实践等。

教育机智是教师的关键素养,贯穿于教育实践全过程中,体现了教师对教育情景的科学理解,既包括正确选择与实施教育对策,还包含对教育行为结果的调控与反思.教育机智实现了教育价值追求,完成了知识技能的实践转化,实现了专业评判标准的具体化,促进了教师情感的调控.从教师专业发展的角度看,教育机智的培养可从确立正确教育观念、加强教育实践反思、改善教师的职业体验、开展教育情景实践训练、发挥专业共同体作用等策略着手.     

"实践取向"视域下的高师学科专业课程检视与改造

"实践取向"是近年来我国教师教育课程的主导取向之一,作为教师教育课程的一种,高师学科专业课程也应秉持"实践取向"。由于学术传统的因袭以及高校评价制度等因素的影响,高师学科专业课程还普遍存在课程设置偏离教师专业的实践指向、课程知识与教师专业实践需求错位、课程实施忽视师范生实践素质培养等"实践迷失"现象。以实践为导向改革和优化教师教育课程,很有必要对高师学科专业课程进行一番"实践化"改造,使其课程设置更加符合"教师专业"的实践逻辑,课程知识更能回应教师专业实践的需求,课程实施更加注重"实践元素"和实践路径的开掘。
